Why magnesium glycinate?
It's magnesium bonded to the amino acid glycine. The bond makes the magnesium highly bioavailable and gentle on the stomach. Cheaper forms like magnesium oxide are poorly absorbed and can cause GI discomfort.
How much magnesium per capsule?
200 mg of elemental magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate chelate) per capsule.
How do I take it?
One capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
When will I notice a difference?
Most people feel calming and sleep-supporting effects within 1–2 weeks of consistent daily use. Magnesium works best when replenished gradually.
How is Kova made?
Kova Magnesium Complex is manufactured in a facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
What's in it (and what isn't)?
