Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET typically ship the next business day.
Shipping options & estimated delivery
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99, free on orders $35+ and on the Buy 3, Get 2 Free bundle.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may extend transit time.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email support@trykova.shop.
Lost or stolen packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. If a package shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Check around the delivery location and any covered areas.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before the final drop-off.
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number.
- If still not found, email support@trykova.shop and we will work with you on a resolution.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately and we will update it. We cannot reroute packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly.
