1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first order of a given Kova product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The guarantee applies to a single first-time order per product per customer.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@trykova.shop with your order number and a brief reason.
  2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship the unused portion (open or sealed, condition does not matter) to the address we provide, with the RMA number on the package.
  4. Once we receive it, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is and isn't covered

  • Covered: first-time orders within 30 days of delivery.
  • Not covered: repeat orders of the same product (after your first try), orders older than 30 days from delivery, items marked "final sale".
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

2. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email support@trykova.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund the order in full — your choice.

3. Kova VIP Membership — how it works

Kova VIP is a monthly auto-renewing membership that gives you 50% off every Kova supplement, early access to new drops, and members-only offers. Here is exactly how the billing and cancellation work.

Pricing

  • $39.95 per month (every 30 days). Your payment method is charged $39.95 on the day you enroll and $39.95 every 30 days (monthly) thereafter, on the same calendar day each month, until you cancel. (For example: join on January 5, next charge February 5, then March 5, and so on.) There is no free trial.
  • All charges are in U.S. dollars. State sales tax may apply.
  • We may change the price of future renewals with at least 30 days' advance email notice. Your continued membership after the change date constitutes acceptance.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel VIP at any time. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no need to call.

  • From your account page: Log in → Subscriptions → Cancel.
  • By email: Send "Cancel VIP" to support@trykova.shop from the email tied to your order. We confirm cancellation within one business day.

To avoid the next month's charge, your cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice take effect after the upcoming billing cycle.

Cancelling: Cancel anytime to stop future monthly charges. You keep any 50%-off supplement purchases you already made. The most recent monthly fee is non-refundable once charged, except as described below.

Refunds on VIP charges

Because membership benefits are consumed monthly, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once charged. We will issue a refund for the most recent VIP charge at our discretion if any of the following applies:

  • You were charged after sending us a valid cancellation;
  • You did not place any order during the billed cycle and request a refund within 7 days of that charge;
  • There was a billing error on our end (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.).

Refunds on supplements bought while you were VIP

Supplements purchased with the VIP 50% discount follow the standard refund rules above. Refunds are issued for what you actually paid (the 50%-off price) — not the list price. The 50% discount you received is not "clawed back" if you later cancel VIP.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your VIP benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • After that end date, you revert to standard pricing. Past orders are not affected.
  • You can rejoin VIP at any time at the then-current monthly rate.

4. Other subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you enroll in any product-specific subscription (e.g. recurring shipments of Magnesium Complex), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing support@trykova.shop; cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to apply to that cycle. The standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first shipment of a given product.

5. Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us as refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed, we refund the product price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
